We are aware that we all have good days and bad days – that includes teachers and students.
When we have the bad days it’s important to do something that can help you to feel a bit better… that could be meditation, talking to someone, exercise or something else entirely…!
The school is here to support you when it’s needed so don’t be afraid to ask us for guidance.
We have put together this page below which lists ways you can look after yourself especially at the moment during lockdown.
