Students are encouraged to take pride in their personal appearance by being neat and tidy at all times and by wearing the correct uniform coming to and going from school. The School Authorities are the judges of acceptable standards of appearance.
Students may wear a single pair of ear studs. For health and safety reasons no other jewellery is permitted; facial piercing is not permitted, whether covered or not. Students who have facial piercings will be asked to remove them and they can be given back at the end of the day, provided it’s not a repeated behaviour.
The wearing of full uniform is part of the overall discipline in the College and co-operation is expected in school, on trips and travelling to and from school in the mornings and the afternoons.
A student not in full uniform must have a note of explanation from parents/guardians.
The uniform consists of:
- PCC Skirt or navy trousers
- White Revered Collared, long sleeved blouse OR white shirt and PCC tie
- PCC Crested Jumper
- Navy Knee Socks/Navy Tights
- Shoes – all-black or all-navy footwear with no coloured markings
- PCC Crested Jacket
- Hijab of plain blue, navy, black or white only
PE/Sporting Activities
- College Tracksuit
- Plain White Polo Shirt
