This year parent-teacher meeting will take place online using the Zoom meeting platform on March 15th from 4:15pm to 6:45pm. To facilitate these online meetings, the school will be using PTMOrganiser software which enables parents to book appointment slots with teachers. PTMOrganiser is a web-based system that allows parents to enter their order of preference for these appointments. It is essential to book your appointment times promptly as the maximum number of appointments a teacher can have is 30 slots. In some instances, where a teacher teaches up to two class groups, the slots will be filled more quickly. It may not be possible to accommodate all of your preferences in the\u00a0 order you wish. Please follow the following steps to book your appointment slots for the teachers you wish to meet with during the parent teacher meeting:<\/p>\n
1. Parents can log onto the website to choose the appointments they want to receive (the link will be texted to parents<\/strong>). \n2. The School Roll Number is 76092K. The individual Student ID is required<\/strong>. You will need
\nthis information for logging in and booking the appointments. Each student has been given a letter to bring home and the ID number is on the top of that page. This is their VS Ware ID.<\/strong>
\n3. Please order your preferences from 1-10 in selecting the teachers you want to meet. If you select 0, that indicates you do not need to meet this teacher.
\n4. Parents\/Guardians will be able to enter their preferences from 4pm Thursday 10th March to 10pm Sunday 13th.<\/strong> Please make sure to select your preferences during this time as you will not be able to schedule an appointment after this date and time.
\n5. The schedule for appointments for each student will be available for parents to view on PTM once all parents have submitted their preferences. Your appointment list will be available on Monday 14th March from 12pm on the PTM website, you can download this.
\n6. The teacher Zoom meeting links will be emailed to parents\/guardians on Tuesday 15th March. Please ensure you supply us with an up-to-date email address in advance of Tuesday 15th via your child, if needed.<\/strong>
\n7. Join the Zoom meeting for the teacher at the time assigned. Parents will be directed to the waiting room where the teacher will allow parents to enter the meeting room. Please ensure that you type your full name (with your child’s name in brackets)<\/strong> in the Zoom meeting so the teacher can allow the right person to enter the meeting.
\nEach meeting slot is a maximum of five minutes long. This is to ensure all parents have an opportunity to speak to the teacher.<\/p>\n
