Transition Year (TY) at Presentation Community College provides students with a vibrant and enriching programme that supports their personal development while preparing them for the challenges of Leaving Certificate. Our TY offering combines academic study with hands-on learning, creativity, and community involvement, giving students the space to grow in confidence and discover new interests.
